SMITH CONTRACTED BY LANDMARK CHARLESTON HOTEL
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (March 6, 2009)—SMITH, a fully-integrated advertising and marketing agency with offices in Fayetteville and Raleigh, N.C., and Sarasota, Fla., has been contracted by the Mills House hotel in Charleston, S.C. to execute a new electronic dialog management campaign.
As part of the new service, SMITH will construct a strategic message matrix and execute creative messaging which targets formers guests and prospective visitors, including meetings and conventions opportunities.
SMITH has been working with Mills House for several years, and most recently, the agency developed the hotel's major branded marketing pieces, including meeting planner guides, brochures, rack cards and photography.
The 150-year old Mills House hotel recently underwent a complete $11 million renovation, restoring the hotel to its original splendor. Today, guest of the Mills House receive the charm of an historic hotel along with the comforts and amenities of any modern luxury hotel in Charleston.
