LOCAL AGENCY AWARDED NEW INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT



FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (July 24, 2008)—SMITH, a fully-integrated advertising and marketing agency headquartered in Fayetteville, N.C., with offices in Raleigh, N.C. and Sarasota, Fla., was recently selected as the agency of record for Brazilian Granite Direct, and international company headquartered in Brazil, with offices in North Carolina.

Brazilian Granite products come directly from Brazil, and include a wide variety of stone and varying grades. The 45-year-old family business offers customers a cheaper alternative to Italian competitors and marked-up retail locations, as the product comes direct to clients without the use of brokers or middlemen. The company is operating in newly-open areas for granite extraction in Brazil, and offers a very unique granite product.

SMITH has been retained to develop and maintain a new marketing strategy for the company, including creative solutions for a new business name, leave behind collateral and Web site design, using SMITHadapt technology. The site will be directed to wholesalers and will serve as a lead generation platform, and will include granite samples online.
